The Office

Driving Technology Diplomacy

OSET Kenya leads the country's technology diplomacy agenda — coordinating policy, representing Kenya in international fora, and partnering across sectors to deliver a safe, inclusive and prosperous digital future.

Four pillars, one agenda

Pillars of our work

Technology Diplomacy

Coordinate Kenya's posture across multilateral forums, treaties and standards bodies.

02

Innovation & Investment

Channel capital and capability into compute, talent and frontier-tech infrastructure.

03

Inclusive Digital Future

Ensure digital growth reaches every county, language and livelihood.

04

Strategic Partnerships

Build durable relationships with governments, industry, academia and civil society.

Strategic technology diplomacy

Kenya's tech-diplomacy posture rests on three commitments: principled multilateralism, disciplined national execution, and partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes for citizens. OSET coordinates across ministries, missions, regulators and industry to turn that posture into policy and programmes — working where the leverage is highest: emerging-technology governance, digital public infrastructure, talent pipelines, and the safe deployment of frontier systems.
